If you are looking for a safe wooden play structure for your baby, then this Whitney Brothers Low-Down Tunnel is a delight. Many additional pieces can be added to create an entire structure for your baby as well. This wooden play tunnel reminds me a bit of a modern side table of sorts but is actually specially developed for learning based play for babies. The sides of the tunnel are perfect for babies to pull up on and grab to move around with.
Edges are soft and rounded to prevent any harm, and the base is wide to prevent tipping although its wise to keep a close eye on baby regardless. If you have any concerns, the tunnel can be paired with several other pieces to create a longer more stable tunnel or it can be temporaily screwed into the ground or another piece of wood.
This tunnel may seem a bit boring, but actually can entertain babies for a lengthy span.
